On the sites “Correspondaence” and “Public Documents” the check-box doesn’t work

1) Sites - Correspondence
2) To create - Outgoing
3) To fill in required fields
4) To complete “Agreement” and “Signing” processes -> the document status is “Signed”, the task “Filing” is assigned
5) To complete “Filing” task
6) To click on “Generate” check-box.
Expected result: the generated number is written in “ Registration number” field
Actual result: the “Registration number” filed in empty
