What to do:
1. Recover old lifecycles for documents that migrated to case-based lifecycle
2. Remove aspect idocs:lifeCycle from idocs:docType
3. Set it to child types as mandatory-aspect where csv-based lifecycle should start after document creating (payment, closing document, income letter, outcome letter, meeting)
4. Not to set it to child types as mandatory aspect where case-based lifecycle should start after document creating (agreement, supplementary agreement, internal document)
