What to do:
1. Add field 'Confirmers' at internal order (non-mandatory).
1.1. If field is not empty, set current confirmers to role 'Confirmers' and assign confirm task to them (after performing 'Send to confirmation' action).
1.2. If field is empty, confirmers set as usual (from route at 'Routes templates' journal).
