Currently, in journals we can proceed to document card in two ways:
1) click "View details" action
2) double-click the document row in journal table

It was decided that double-click is not intuitive enough and should be replaced with a column of links. It should not be a separate column, instead, it should be column with some attribute, e.g. document number.
Within this story the link-formatter should be implemented, that renders a text with a link, specified by doubleClickLink journal option.
User can specify this formatter manually, or else it can be assigned automatically to the first text column (e.g. number, text, date, etc.).
